SnapAttract is a recruiting technology platform used by independent real estate team leaders and brokerage owners ("SnapAttract Subscribers") to communicate with real estate agents they are seeking to recruit to their team or brokerage. If you received a text message referencing SnapAttract or a SnapAttract Subscriber, it was sent by that Subscriber, on their own behalf, to discuss a specific team or brokerage opportunity with you.
SnapAttract Subscribers are required to have your consent before contacting you by text. Consent is obtained through one of the following methods:
• Your written agreement to be contacted (email, a signed form, or a digital opt-in);
• An existing business relationship with the Subscriber in which you have not opted out of communications; or
• A documented verbal agreement, recorded with the date and context.

Message frequency varies by campaign. A typical recruiting outreach sequence includes up to 5 messages sent over 2–3 weeks. You will not be added to a new messaging sequence without renewed consent.

We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with our messaging infrastructure provider(s) solely to deliver messages on our and our Subscribers' behalf. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Use of SnapAttract's messaging features is also governed by our Terms of Service.
