SnapAttract ("Service") is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform developed by Plus 2 Ventures LLC that helps users discover, track, and recruit real estate agents. The Service provides AI-powered agent search, watch list management, CSV upload capabilities, campaign management, and activity tracking.
We offer monthly subscription plans with varying feature limits and pricing. Current plans include Starter ($49/month) and Professional ($99/month). Pricing may change with 30 days' notice. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing date.
• Subscription fees are charged monthly on the same date each month.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for unused portions of a billing period. Service disruptions due to user error or non-payment do not qualify for refunds.
Each subscription tier includes specified limits (e.g., watch list agents, CSV upload agents). Exceeding these limits may result in service restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in abusive API usage, scraping, or unauthorized access attempts.
You agree not to:
• Reproduce, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• Use the Service to harass, spam, or engage in illegal recruitment practices;
• Access or distribute agent data for purposes other than recruitment;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service for other users.
Your use of SnapAttract is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Key highlights:
• We collect account information, prospect/agent data you input, and outbound communication logs (email and SMS).
• SMS Messaging: By using SnapAttract's SMS features, you agree that you are solely responsible for obtaining required consents from recipients before sending messages. All SMS traffic is processed via Twilio. Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. SMS messaging is additionally governed by our SMS Messaging Terms.
• We share data only with trusted service providers (Twilio, Stripe, Base44) as necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell your data or prospect data to third parties.
• You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection and communications laws (including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and state regulations) when using this Service.
SnapAttract, including all source code, algorithms, and UI design, is the exclusive intellectual property of Plus 2 Ventures LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or business recruitment purposes only.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PLUS 2 VENTURES LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
IN NO EVENT SHALL PLUS 2 VENTURES LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plus 2 Ventures LLC from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms, including recruitment practices that violate applicable law.
Plus 2 Ventures LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service and stored data will be restricted.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where Plus 2 Ventures LLC is registered.
