This policy applies to every SnapAttract subscriber — independent real estate team leaders and brokerage owners who use the SnapAttract platform (a product of Plus 2 Ventures LLC, dba SnapAttract) to send SMS outreach to real estate agents they are seeking to recruit. SnapAttract provides the messaging technology; the subscriber is responsible for obtaining, documenting, and honoring each recipient's consent before any message is sent. This policy tells you exactly how to do that.
Before you text anyone: you must have valid consent, obtained through your brokerage's website or career-page opt-in form as described below, and you must log it in SnapAttract before enrolling that agent in any campaign. SnapAttract may suspend messaging for any account that cannot show a documented consent record on request.
Because SnapAttract's outreach is recruiting-related marketing content, consent must be given in writing — a verbal "yes" during a call or in person is not sufficient on its own, even if you document it. The only accepted way to enroll an agent is: the agent submits their contact information through a form on your brokerage website (for example, a "Careers" or "Join Our Team" page) and affirmatively checks the required consent checkboxes below. If you talk to an agent by phone or in person first, that's a great way to generate interest — just make sure they also complete the web form before you enroll them in any texting campaign.
Any brokerage or team website form used to collect SMS consent from prospective agents must include:
The messaging-consent checkbox and the Terms/Privacy-Policy checkbox must be two separate checkboxes — do not combine them into one. Neither may be pre-checked. The messaging-consent checkbox should identify your brokerage or team, not SnapAttract — the agent has a relationship with you, not with the messaging technology behind the scenes. Use this exact language, with your own brokerage or team name and links substituted in:
Required — two separate checkboxes, placed directly on your form
You can see this exact form in action, filled out with placeholder data, on our live opt-in example page. You do not need to mention SnapAttract by name in the messaging-consent checkbox — it's your brand the agent is agreeing to hear from, the same way a brokerage's website doesn't credit the software vendor that runs its lead forms. Consent to receive texts must not be a condition of submitting the rest of the form — at minimum the messaging-consent checkbox must be optional and unchecked, and the agent can still ask for more information without agreeing to SMS. SnapAttract may ask a subscriber to provide a screenshot or the live URL of their form to confirm this language is in place.
Every text sent through SnapAttract is also covered by our SMS Messaging Terms, which govern message frequency, the "Msg & data rates may apply" disclosure, and STOP/HELP opt-out handling. You do not need to repeat the full terms in every message, but your first message to a new contact should identify your name/brokerage and make clear how to opt out.
| What to log | Why |
|---|---|
| Agent name and phone number | Identifies who consented |
| Date and time the web form was submitted | Establishes it happened before outreach began |
| Copy or screenshot of the submitted form (if your website tooling allows) | Lets you (and SnapAttract, if asked) verify the record is real, not retroactive |
An agent can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, telling you directly, or contacting support@snapattract.com. Once withdrawn, you may not resume texting that agent without a fresh web form submission.
SnapAttract may request evidence of consent for any campaign or message — including a screenshot or live URL of a website opt-in form — and may suspend a subscriber's messaging privileges if a compliant consent record cannot be produced, if an agent reports unwanted contact, or if this policy is otherwise violated.
