When you register, we collect your name, email address, brokerage information, and billing details necessary to provide the Service.

Prospect & Agent Data:

You may upload or input data about real estate agents ("prospects"), including names, phone numbers, email addresses, license numbers, brokerage information, and transaction history. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process this data.

Communications Data:

We log outbound communications sent through our platform (email, SMS) including message content, delivery status, timestamps, and recipient information for record-keeping and compliance purposes.

Usage Data:

We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature usage.

3. SMS & Text Messaging

SnapAttract enables users to send SMS messages to real estate agent prospects via Twilio. By using the SMS features of our Service, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for obtaining any legally required consents from recipients prior to sending SMS messages.
• Message and data rates may apply to recipients.
• Message frequency varies — a typical recruiting campaign sends approximately 1–5 messages over a couple of weeks, and you may opt out at any time.
• All SMS traffic sent through SnapAttract is processed via Twilio's infrastructure and subject to Twilio's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
• We do not sell or share recipient phone numbers with third parties outside of what is necessary to deliver messages (e.g., Twilio).
• You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.
• SMS messages sent through this platform are for legitimate business recruiting outreach to licensed real estate professionals only.

4. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send transactional emails and notifications related to your account
• To facilitate outbound recruiting communications on your behalf
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
• To analyze usage patterns and improve platform functionality

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Aside from that, we share account and platform data only with the trusted service providers below, solely as necessary to operate the Service (for example, so Twilio can technically deliver a message you send — this is not a marketing or promotional use):

• Twilio — SMS and voice messaging delivery
• Stripe — Payment processing and billing
• Base44 — Application infrastructure and database hosting

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or prospect data to any third parties.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data and prospect information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, we may retain data for up to 90 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
