Set Up Guides

Everything you need to get the most out of SnapAttract — adding agents, running email and text campaigns, and the one-click browser button for capturing rosters anywhere.

Three Ways to Add Agents

1. Search online (Find Agents)

The Find Agents page searches public sources for agents by market, brokerage, or name. Each agent you add is automatically enriched — production estimates, social profiles, and a bio summary — so your pipeline is research-ready the moment they land in it.

2. Save to SnapAttract (bookmark bar button)

Browsing a brokerage roster page? One click on the "Save to SnapAttract" button in your browser bookmarks bar captures every agent on that page — even on sites that block scraping tools. See the "Save to SnapAttract" tab of this guide for the 60-second setup.

Open Find Agents →

3. Upload a list (Upload List page)

Already have agents in a spreadsheet or PDF? The Upload List page ingests CSV files, PDF rosters, and roster page URLs, extracts the agents, and enriches them automatically. It's the fastest way to import your existing contact list or a roster you pulled from your MLS.

After You Add an Agent

Enrichment runs automatically

New prospects get an AI research pass: production numbers, social profiles, a bio summary, and a recruitment score. No manual Googling required.

Prioritize with tags and priority levels

Mark agents hot, warm, or cold as you review. Your watchlist (Future Team) is where your highest-priority targets live.

Open the profile before outreach

Each prospect page shows their MLS stats, social links, and activity timeline — use it to personalize your first campaign.

Add them to a campaign

From the prospect page or Campaigns page, start an AI-drafted sequence. See the Email Campaigns and SMS tabs of this guide for messaging best practices.
